How do custom orders work?
For custom orders, we communicate with clients about their vision for the design, which can include a picture of an idea, a sketch, or description of main elements and style to be included.
We also communicate with the clients about what style and feel of t-shirt garment they want.
We provide pricing information, and once agreed upon, we start the design process.
We send clients a design proof to look at, often with variations and options to get just what the client wants
Once we get the design just how the client likes, we proceed to the printing process.
Once we have the order details from the client, we order the blank shirts from our top-notch incredible wholesale suppliers.
Customers can pick up their order, or delivery is an option (a delivery fee is possible depending on distance), or we can ship the order (may include the price of shipping).
